Hi, similar story, new i20 1.2L Petrol, purchased Feb 2019. Dipped for oil at a service station one evening, no oil at all on dipstick. Got a mechanic to look at it, couldn't find any leaks, filled it with 5W30 oil, and new filter. Became OCD with the dipping and parking on sheets to find any sort of leak.
