MyAcer Laptop stuck at the loading screen (there is the Acer logo and circling dots) after I use the netsh int ip reset command. I have a problem with my Triedbooting mum's pc with no hard drive, and with my hard drive, exact same screen every time. I tried swapping the graphics cards too, someone said something about them.
